Visual Arts Gallery

Ernest E. DeVane was a local artist that sketched historic houses and painted portraits of prominent residents from the 1800s.

In 1974, the Roswell Historical Society commissioned 14 pen-and-ink drawings of area sites.  The images appeared in a publication by the Society, entitled, Roswell: Historic Homes and Landmarks. The drawings are now on loan to the City of Roswell for display in City Hall.
